This store, norvalisz, at norvalisz.com, is operated by LUMESSA SKINCARE LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. That is a registered office address only; it is not a store, showroom, or warehouse. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LUMESSA SKINCARE LIMITED.
2. Using this store
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian, and that the information you give us is accurate. You may not use this store for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products, images, and descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, using the specifications our suppliers provide. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and measurements may vary slightly between units. Product images are for illustration. We do not guarantee that any description is complete or error-free. 4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and refund an order that was placed at an incorrect price. No sales tax is added at checkout. Import duties on international shipments are covered by us.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the delivery address is outside the areas we serve. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
