How norvalisz works
We are an online-only store and we do not hold stock in the United States. Your order is picked and shipped by our partner warehouses in China, which is why delivery takes 11–17 business days rather than two. We say so before you buy, not after.
Import duties are covered by us and no sales tax is added at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. Returns are received in the United States and the return label is on us.
norvalisz is operated by LUMESSA SKINCARE LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.
