How payments are processed

All payments on norvalisz.com are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see, handle, or store your full card number.

The payment methods available to you are shown on the checkout page. We only display a payment method if it is actually active on this store.

Currency

All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).

What you will be charged

You are charged the item price, plus $7.95 shipping (free on orders over $60 after discounts). No sales tax is added at checkout, and import duties on your international shipment are covered by us — nothing further is collected on delivery.

When you are charged

Your payment is authorized and captured when you place the order. If we cancel an order, or you cancel within 24 hours, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

How the charge appears on your statement

The descriptor on your card statement may differ from the store name. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email support@norvalisz.com with the date and amount before disputing it and we will identify it for you within 24 hours.

Failed payments

If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. Declines come from your bank, not from us; your bank can tell you why. You are welcome to try another card.
