About norvalisz
norvalisz is an online-only store selling women’s dresses — mini, midi, and maxi styles for weddings, work, parties, the beach, and everyday wear. We carry pieces from a range of apparel brands rather than manufacturing our own, and each product page names the brand that made the item.
How we operate
We do not run a physical store, a showroom, or a warehouse of our own anywhere. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped by our partner warehouses in China and carried to your address in the U.S. That is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer: 3–5 business days to process and 8–12 business days in transit, for 11–17 business days in total. We say this up front because it is the single thing most likely to matter to you before you order.
Import duties on that international shipment are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing extra is collected on delivery, and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Returns
Returns are received inside the United States, at a returns facility operated for us by a partner at 23 Westinghouse Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273. It is a drop-off address for returns only — it is not our warehouse, it holds no stock, and orders are never shipped from it. You have 30 days from delivery, we send you a prepaid label, and there is no restocking fee.
The company behind the store
norvalisz is operated by LUMESSA SKINCARE LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. That address is a registered office only — it is not a store, a showroom, or a warehouse, it is not open to visitors, and no orders or returns are handled there.
